The Old Creamery is your home away from home in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales.

The cottage is not suitable for toddlers as it is on several levels but is ideal for older children for whom stairs are no longer a hazard.

The owners of the cottage live in the farmhouse next door and are thus on hand to offer advice about the local area.

Bedroom 1

A spacious double room with a Kingsize bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers providing ample storage space.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom can be set up with either 2 single beds or a large double bed depending on your requirements. A perfect second bedroom complete with wardrobe and drawer storage.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob and cooker, microwave, toaster etc. It has a lovely table that comfortably seats four - perfect for breakfast before you head out for the day or for a leisurely evening meal.

Lounge

With beautiful views over the valley, the lounge is the perfect place to spend a relaxing evening or wile away a wet afternoon. There are two large, new sofas, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books that are free to borrow during your visit. The gas stove makes sure it is always cosy and warm whatever the weather outside!

Bathroom

A new bathroom suite has recently been installed and includes a bath with an upright shower as well as a toilet and basin.

Hall

There is ample storage for wet coats, muddy boots, brollies and hats in the dedicated hall storage area.

Garden

Guests at the cottage may make use of the lower garden that belongs to the adjacent farmhouse. It is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink as the sun sets over the valley and even an al fresco dinner in summer. Barbecue facilities can be provided on request.

Driveway

There is gated private off-road parking directly next to the cottage.
